What the coaching includes:

1 x initial consultation to deep dive into your health, current diet, and eating habits.

A completely tailored plan, based on your consultation, including a 6-week meal plan, nutrition recommendations, shopping lists, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments.

Access to me for questions and guidance. It is never the case that you are on your own, Iā€™m here if you need any advice or clarification.
