1 x initial consultation to deep dive into your health, current diet, and eating habits.
A completely tailored plan, based on your consultation, including a 6-week meal plan, nutrition recommendations, shopping lists, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments.
Access to me for questions and guidance. It is never the case that you are on your own, Iām here if you need any advice or clarification.
